“Yosemite plays a big part in my life, and it began in a way that I couldn’t have imagined.  During my medical residency training, I visited the park with my new bride.  We had no idea there was a medical facility there; but I dropped in unannounced and asked about employment—a few letters later and I went on to become a staff physician at the Yosemite Medical Clinic serving the community and visitors from 1984 to 1991.

We started our family there in Yosemite’s paradise, and now our children are hooked— Yosemite is in our blood.  I’m sure we’ll experience grandchildren there as well. 

The simplest way for me to ensure Yosemite is preserved and protected for the future is by being a donor through the Sequoia Society.   I’ve setup a monthly giving amount, and it’s deducted automatically-- no forgetting or reminders.”
