Judy Johnson started volunteering in Yosemite in the early 1990s. A quarter-century later, she's gained experience in habitat and trail restoration (in all kinds of weather), and has helped visitors from all over the world. Here are a few of her stories from the field — we hope they inspire you to give back by giving your time, too!

Yosemite Conservancy donors are funding 34 new grants to the park in 2017, including support for wildlife management, habitat restoration, the Ask a Climber program, new tents for Search and Rescue volunteers, and much more.
