Art Table Activities, 11 am–3 pm (April through October)
Connect to nature through the arts as part of your park experience through Yosemite-themed table art at the Happy Isles Art and Nature Center. Come collaborate with other artists to create Yosemite-themed table art. A nature-themed prompt is provided daily to inspire original drawing and writing.
Please note: Art Table sessions are not facilitated by Art Center staff. Parent and/or guardian supervision is required for participants under age 18.
Open Studio (April through October)
Head to the Happy Isles art studio to create Yosemite-inspired art on your own time! The studio is open daily, April through October, and we invite you to stop by any time between 11am and 3pm. Bring your own art materials, purchase supplies at the studio, or rent one of our plein air watercolor kits. Work indoors at the studio, or ask our staff for tips on the best outdoor locations to draw and paint Yosemite’s most famous views.
