Your Gifts at Work

Many of the trails you hike, wildlife you see and magnificent overlooks you visit are here because of the work you fund through Yosemite Conservancy.

As the philanthropic organization dedicated exclusively to Yosemite National Park, the Conservancy has been working to improve visitors’ experiences for more than 90 years. Your support has allowed us to provide more than $100 million in grants to fund Yosemite’s highest-priority projects in recent years.

Check out our map to see how your donations already have made a difference in Yosemite.

Bridalveil Fall
Restoring Bridalveil Fall

In spring and early summer, Bridalveil Fall thunders with snowmelt and rain; later in the year, it sways gently against the cliffs. No matter the season, this celebrated feature is often the first waterfall people stop to see when arriving in Yosemite Valley. Over time, however, the fall's popularity has outpaced surrounding facilities and trails. A project focused on restoring the Bridalveil Fall area will improve trails, restore habitat, and enhance the visitor experience at one of the park’s most famous features. This year, your support will help scientists collect data from ice fields, mountain meadows and the sky above the park, as they explore current trends in order to prepare for the future.
